Сказать плохо- не сказать ничего! Это худшее что было в моих перелётах. Никто вообще не выходит на контакт кромя бота! Ситуация- Вы билет покупаете за месяц, за два до реального полета, у Вас может все поменяться, через этого брокера Вы лишаетесь любых изменений, каких либо! У любого авиаперевозчика до check in можно менять все, добавить багаж, статут менять на Priority, fast track, выбрать место, к сожелению этот брокер Вас лишает всего!!! Вас за Ваши же деньги имеют по полной программе.

Не советую. Купил билет через приложение Kiwi. При оформлении указал фамилию полностью, но система почему-то приняла только первые две буквы. В итоге билет оформился с ошибкой. Обратился в службу поддержки, но проблему не решили — предложили просто купить новый билет за свой счёт. Считаю это несправедливым отношением к клиентам. Ошибка произошла из-за некорректной работы приложения, и ответственность должна лежать на сервисе, а не на пользователе. Очень разочарован таким подходом к клиентам. 👎

В целом приложение неплохое. Но вот моя история. Был перелет с пересадкой, который задержала сама авиакомпания. По прилёту в первый аэропорт, авиакомпания предоставила мне два других рейса, что бы я мог добраться до назначенного пункта. А вот KIWI в своем приложении об этом даже не сообщили. Что не приятно. Как так то?
