Not Fit For Purpose. Can't access account details, or save items. Can't view item details, pushing and pushing on screen, and nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but has made no difference. Serious glitches. It has probably saved me money given how difficult it is to add anything to basket, so I suppose that's a positive for my finances.

Is anyone reading these recent reviews? This app has been unusable for at least 2 months now. It won't add to cart or go to cart, the search function is useless, you can't get into your account, and so much more. I've had to start logging in using the browser but it's a nuisance. Don't Very realise this is affecting their sales? it's no longer an easy, pleasant shopping experience.

Great app, great catalogue with a growing selection, and an excellent way to build credit. I find managing my account on the app extremely easy, but an idea may be that if you could add a direct link to a calendar or be able to set payment reminders, it would be a cool feature. I do find contacting customer service a bit of a hassle, but that's life. My only 'gripe' is that some of the courier companies used are extremely hit & and miss, but any items I've had lost or damaged have been replaced.
