Some brilliant prices, good delivery service, and a very fair returns policy. BUT! some very misleading photos and descriptions. Temu, in all fairness, will refund you if you explain and take photos to prove the misdescribed item. out of around 60 items, I've had to have around 5-6 refunds for deceptive photos and descriptions, check for sizes, and check for quantity. the sellers favorite trick is to show you multiple pictures of a set of items, maybe 3 or 6 in a set, but will send you just 1.

I love Temu! Good quality products at reasonable prices. Delivery time is around 10 days (for UK) or if ordered from the local UK warehouse, it takes only a couple of days. I've been buying all sorts of things from Temu for around 3 years now and have never had a problem with their products or delivery. Clothing sizes need to be taken note of as they're aren't always to UK spec. I would suggest to read the reviews before ordering. I find this helps with the choices. Happy shopping to all of you.

ok im changing my review and im dropping it a star. overall its not bad. I've acquired some decent bargains. Don't say you get free gifts and then say you have to spend certain amount to get them. I've noticed some of my free gifts have disappeared and won't be getting them by looks of things. They change the delivery dates of orders too so you can never claim the £4 credit for being late. the ads are EXTREMELY misleading. but, what i have received so far has been of good quality
