App is dreadful. Arrived at the pickup location and found 2 vans at the spot. The app wouldn't allow me to start the rental as no vehicle was assigned. Contacted support via chat (no option to call) and was strung along for 20 mins and finally told that both vans were under maintenance and that they had "system issues". Avoid this service at all costs

Absolutely appalling. Had to relaunch the app about 5 times when we needed to get into the vehicle. At one point the app wouldn't let us in at all. Tried on two different phones but couldn't get to the face recognition. We called customer service but we ended up on hold for 13 min. Thankfully I kept hammering the app buttons in that time and it eventually let us in. As if moving wasn't stressful enough. Never again, and I really hope we do not get charged for the time we lost with this rubbish.

Absolute terrible apps, full of bugs. You need to press date twice for it to do anything. The scroller for the mileage is impossible to select correct. App times out to quickly and doesn't remember saved details. Connection breaks multiple times making you start all over again. You select the payment type and then it says you must enter card even though you've selected it. Horrible, horrible app. Took me 30 minutes to what should have been a 5 minute booking.
