I remember playing something similar a year or so back, but this time it was a vertically scrolling game & you controlled a melee character. It's ok, for those who enjoy AFK meaning you press a few buttons & the game does the rest. I'm uninstalling because of the insane 45 - 60 second + ads that game companies went to bring in as default. Not happening as I simply refuse to play. Drop 30+ second ads.

The game mostly caters to old retro gamers who are into those good ol' retro gaming days. the game lacks sufficient ways to mine emeralds used for upgrading pets, buying relics and others. Also, it's a fun killer not to be able to encounter special monsters. Which leaves the monster guide blank. Lastly, it's perpetually online even if you only have to check once in a while

pretty good game for time wasting. spme weird decisions by the devs though, locking monster entries for the collections grimoire behind an almost £30 paywall each is insane. other than thayt it's a slow burn progression so as long as stuff gets added fairly regularly i'll be willing to support the devs (not £30 a pop though, i can get full PC games for less)
