I signed up because I'm over 50, often aching and feeling stiff. Although Im not clinically overweight, I dislike my body shape, and I'm struggling to lose belly fat, I have bingo wings, and I just want to feel better about myself. It was easy to sign up. I practice about 4 times a week. The routines are well explained, not too difficult, and you can do them whenever you want! My only problem was finding a free bit of wall! I'll give 5 stars when it's worked! :D

This is an update of my previous review. The app had not been working properly when I posted at first. Within a day of posting, tech support reached out with some recommendations, and the app is now back to working as it should. I'm really enjoying the wall pilates program, and the gradual progression is appreciated. I'm living with a ruptured biceps tendon, and this program is keeping me moving.

Great for older women who have found themselves puzzlingly out of shape! The routines take you gently back to flexibility. The only drawback is trying to watch the demo (on a screen you can see lying down 😅) while you do it. Quickly realized need to watch the exercise through then do it, and repeat for each step. The support email is excellent, they get back to you very quickly!
