Prime Video

Would be nice if the "settings" let you set something. Being locked on maximum data usage is a killer for those of us with limited internet access. I will have to stop using this app, because the excess bandwidth charges will make it prohibitively expensive. Other than that - people will complain a lot about the app, but it does the job. Just let us have the settings that other Android versions of this app have.

Pretty awful; it's inconsistent and spectacularly buggy. It regularly forgets where you are in a series, sometimes not even resuming in the correct season or starting back at the beginning of the episode you watched minutes ago. Often videos won't start properly. The progress bar will randomly decide to show that a video lasts 24 hours. There are long pauses on a blank screen in the middle of things. Adverts are shown before things, which isn't really acceptable on a paid service. Videos for purchase are still obnoxiously mixed in with ones available on the subscription, but at least they keep to their own rows now.

the last 2 months Amazon Prime has been bufferingwhilst playing films. the whole experience has been ruined by this. I don't mind the ads I just want it to stop buffering there's nothing wrong with my internet connection. prime video Help is of no use whatsoever. I have ultra fast broadband and I have a wired connection from the hub to the teevee. come on Amazon sort this problem out!
