Great game with a very positive community of players too. It's nice to find a game where opponents are friendly and helpful. Takes a while to obtain all the units but can be done without paying. It's updates regularly and the ability to play maps made by yourself or other players as well as the defaults means every game is different. They should update the pictures here as it undersells it.

Very fun game, totally recommended if you like strategy games. To be honest the only thing to be disappointed about this game is the insane placement of ads: enemy recruit unit, enemy turn start, your turn start, end of the scenario and other random places can all be defiled by a random add popping up, and while the chance of ads appearing are less than 100%, and the ads are on the shorter side, it's still quite annoying. Still recommended tho, the game itself is fun :)

If you ever purchased any product for money in UniWar you will not see advertisements. Purchases for UniCoins earned within the game are not considered to be purchases for real money and do not disable ads. Support

Edit again: thanks for the reply, and I sort of understand if the pay-once model doesn't work for you, but the ad-intrusive, badgering, pay-constantly-and-over-the-odds model doesn't work for me - nor most of the new commenters here! Edit: I'd just have bought it as a complete game, but intrusive nagging microtransactions aren't fun. Such a shame that one of the few good games I can actually find on Android sold out in this way.

Hello Bob, We highly respect the community of the players of Uniwar and keep updating the game regularly. This means paying hosting services and our support and developer teams on monthly basis, so the monetization model "pay once and play forever" does not work for such a long-life project as Uniwar Anastasia - Spooky House Studios support

What's new

Added achievements tab with the list of unlocked achievements in player profile.
Fixed problem with phantom actions when reopening game after the previous turn is submitted.
Added map preview button to allow viewing of player positions.
