Was looking for a PokƩmon substitute (like most) and was surprised by the quality of the game. Combat may feel less charming than PokƩmon, but it delivers in all the necessary components I was looking for - the RPG elements, grind mechanics, story progression, mini puzzles, and most importantly, the quest to catch them all. To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by the story. It doesn't take itself too seriously (which made me laugh more than most other games). Overall, 9.5/10!

Very well thought out pokemon substitute. There's a storyline to it. Your partner is quite funny and makes 4th wall jokes. Gameplay is good with no requirement to spend any money(apart from getting the full game for about £3, which is well worth it). You can also come back to trainers you've battled and battle them again, which is refreshing. I've never written a review before, but this is worth my time doing so. Well done to the creators!!!

Great update on the first game, added bonuses, and a better combat and levelling system. Downside is no map (so far that I've found) and other quality of life things like in menus and especially for the database. It's an effort to cycle through it. The monetisation is also overkill. It's serious money for little things, except the buffs and key items. Those are useful and behind a fair paywall, and the others aren't. They're for collectors but they're obviously inflated price because of addicts
