The app is good, but the customer service is appalling. This is a digital service but if you do not complete (sometimes very long challenges) within 24month they won't let you complete unless you pay $$$. This was not always the policy, but they changed it to this. I can't see why they would do that for any other reason than disappointing their costumes. Don't give them your money.

I've used this a number of times, and the medals are really good quality. I wish you had the option of what your synced fitness trackers fed into; for example I'd like to do a shorter one for running but my watch also counts my walking steps -those are automatically fed in. I also love that it's helping me, helping the environment and benefits everyone involved. I do wish there were cheaper options - maybe with slightly less intricate medals so you still receive a physical symbol of achievement

I was originally excited at the fact that you could see where you were walking in another country or land, only to find out it doesn't work that way. I feel if the app could connect to the location of the phone itself to see that you're walking at that moment then you could enjoy more. Like when I'm walking outdoor around my neighborhood, I can look at the welsh countryside I'm doing the challenge that it gives me a view of in the app, instead of it posting the distance later and i miss seeing.
