Rip off, don't use. This company charges the basic rates for flights to lure you in but with huge mark ups for any extras like admin changes, baggage or booked seating. And you can't get a full refund (I'd get less than £10 credit for £120 flights) if you cancel so once you book ,you're stuck with them. Book directly with the carrier for the best prices. This is the first and last time I'll use this company, I wish I'd checked them out more before I got caught out.

Had the most shocking experience. Booked same day flights and we were left waiting for a booking confirmation. Called up and kept being told they are "working on it". They refused to cancel and told me not to book another flight as they'd sort it. They waited until right before the plane was due to go to accept they couldn't sort it out and cancelling, So I was unable to travel. Wouldn't let me speak to a manager or even listen to me at all. Completely DISGUSTING service.

Don't use app or company if you can possibly avoid it. It might cost €10 less than booking with, say, Ryanair but it's really not worth the extra stress. If you have no data (eg in Morocco like me) then you have no boarding card as it doesnt work offline. Either you have to spend extra time on check in, or Kiwi does check-in, meaning you don't get boarding pass until shortly before the flight. AVOID.
