Now I can give 5 stars for a good android app. Was frustrating not being able to download the app on Android, but now you've amended that it's great to be able to participate in the price drops that aren't there on the website. That seems a little unfair, especially as there was no app for Android at the time, and sale products were dearer on the website than on the app.

Brilliant products and fantastic customer service! My 15 year old daughter absolutely loves ALL of the PLouise products 💖 I've tried a few items when we buy them for her... The birthday cake shampoo and conditioner are amazing. I've spent lots of money elsewhere, trying to find hair products that make my hair silky smoothe, yet nothing has made a difference like the PLouise hair products, and the smell of them is out of this world, beautiful! Now I'm buying for myself as well lol. Fab company.

I love PLouise products (as a 33 year old woman). The packaging is fun/youthful but the actual quality of the makeup and skincare products I've tried are brilliant. The app is a bit slow in the basket area but that's my only recommendation for improvement. The app does a TikTok price match which is fantastic, too. I highly recommend - this brand is for everyone, not just the younger ones!
