Ipad and android app (s10), both unable to turn off captions when viewing in app or via chromecast. Don't even try to fast forward, it will take an age to actually start playing without buffering/jumping. Generally a bit buggy. Needs plenty of work! So much work that I will be asking for a refund if it doesn't get better very soon. Its almost unusable!

New ap absolutely hopeless. I've cleared cache, reinstalled, all that stuff, and it is still totally unusable. Games crash regularly, particularly if you attempt to forward or switch to other functions on your phone/iPad (skip through a timeout and you'll crash the stream, send a text message ditto). It defaults to Spanish language even though I'm in England. It won't let you watch the Summary without revealing the score, and doesn't even have Summaries on desktop. Massive downgrade on last year

Poorly designed app, relying too much on the 'stories' format. It's difficult to find the latest news, and you never know if you're going to be presented with an article, a story or a video. You can no longer download video or radio recordings or even stream radio after the broadcast. Regional blackouts somehow also affect the UK, and worst of all, the playback stutters, but there are limited options to change the bitrate. It's by far the worst app I've used from a 'big' company.
