The Gympass/Wellhub account is good; the app is awful. 1) For all the gyms run by the same company (e.g. Everyone Active) only the company name (or the first few letters) is visible so you don't know which gym is which 2) the search and filtering functions JUST DON'T WORK AT ALL - if I filter on swimming it shows Zumba classes and doesn't show my local swimming pool! 3) adding favourites does nothing useful. 4) I've had several no-show emails even though I've checked in properly

GymPass as a concept and service works really well. I am only able to sustain my gym routine as a consultant who travels a lot thanks to this app. However, I'm very disappointed by the search feature which is non-existent on the app (there's a button for Find Gyms, but when I click it, nothing happens) - I have to go on the website on my mobile browser to search for gyms. Once this feature gets fixed, I'll be able to supply 5 stars.

Was good for a couple months then went to trash. Im frustrated with how bad the app is. It takes forever to load. Ive put up with using it for a couple months but now its starting to annoy me with the restrictions, and especially when it doesnt even let you check in. I had to rely on the fact that staff know me to be let in that day. Im paying for a service that doesnt even have a number to call when youre stuck trying to load in. Ridiculously slow app and annoying check in service.
