I’ve spent a lot of time playing this game, and after a recent maintenance (possibly related to a hacker issue), my account was heavily rolled back — Noa level, stage progress, character level, stats, pet skins, and even my leaderboard rank were all affected. I reached out to support with full details (Server 13, Username: 31486028, Nickname: RiTZ), and kindly asked for help to restore my progress — not my in-game purchases. Unfortunately, they refused to assist. I can't recommend this game!!!

Soo... my progress has been pushed back again. I was in the chaos stage and now I'm back at the start of nightmare. my wing levels have been reset my spirit rank reset. my dungeons reset. please stop messing this game up Game is fun and enjoyable, but is let down by all the cheaters/hackers ruining the game. Right now my whole server has had all our names changed and cannot be changed. Please fix.

this game went offline for multiple days for server maintenance. still plagued with network unstable errors and a MASSIVE! rollback. even rolled back the 7 day new player event progress while the time limit to complete still ticked on. I have to redo everything in that event in 3 days? I can't justify playing this game any more after loosing so much progress.
